'Breaking Barriers, Building Futures' was our anniversary campaign focused on our mission and future growth.

It served as both a reflection on a decade of impact and a forward-looking appeal to ensure we can continue breaking down barriers for another 10 years.

By calling on our community to donate, fundraise, and share our mission, we aimed to build a stronger foundation to support thousands more refugees on their journey to meaningful employment.

The Refugee Employment Forum is more than just a Q&A platform; it's a community-building tool designed to build mutual understanding and share advice.

By providing a space for communication between refugees and managers or employees in UK organisations, the forum helps refugees learn important information to secure roles that match their skills, while also equipping businesses with the understanding they need to become welcoming and effective employers of refugee talent.

An award-winning documentary by Breaking Barriers, Postcard Productions and a trainee crew of refugees.

Goal: To raise awareness of the challenges refugees face

The 'My (Refugee) Life' campaign placed refugees at the heart of their own narratives, with the documentary providing a platform for their voices to be heard authentically.

It moves the conversation away from abstract labels and towards a genuine understanding of the experience of seeking asylum in the UK, highlighting refugees' resilience, their aspirations, and our shared humanity.
