Nine years on from our foundation, Breaking Barriers continues to grow in reach, impact, and ambition. We are now supporting more refugees, in more locations, than ever before. Between 2023-24, we reached 1,247 individuals in five regions across the UK, including our new locations in Liverpool and Glasgow.
Our dedicated 70+ strong team, 135 incredible volunteers, and a growing network of corporate partners, delivered more than 10,000 hours of personalised support, empowering clients to achieve more employment, education and skills outcomes.
Despite external challenges, our income rose to £3.87m, enabling us to strengthen the quality and reach of our services as we continue our journey toward national impact.
This Annual Report is a longer version of our Impact Report and includes a deeper look into our achievements, our Trustees’ report and financial statements for the year ended 31st May 2024.
