Breaking Barriers’ Theory of Change is a roadmap for delivering our mission of welcoming refugees into meaningful employment.

The Theory of Change sets out the connections between our activities and target outcomes, and provides a framework for developing, implementing and reviewing our work. It also identifies the relationships between our clients, employers, and partners that are essential to delivering our goals and to the sustainability of our programmes.

The Theory of Change underpins all our strategic planning, service design, and monitoring and evaluation. It is designed to help Breaking Barriers deliver the greatest possible impact for refugees and forcibly displaced people across the UK.
