The support of our community of trusts and foundation donors has been crucial to our success and growth, enabling close to 1,700 refugees each year to rebuild their lives through work. We are proud to partner with family foundations, charitable trusts, institutions, and corporate foundations.

We welcome the opportunity to work with organisations and institutions that share our aims and ambitions. We want to create more opportunities for refugees to find meaningful employment and build a better life for themselves in the UK and would be proud to partner with you to achieve this.

The Rank Foundation began a relationship with Breaking Barriers back in 2017, funding a Time to Shine internship post. Breaking Barriers turned this into a complete success, and we have watched the organisation grow immensely since then and funded further Time to Shine and Rank Aspire Programme leaders, whom Breaking Barriers have clearly nurtured and supported. We are excited to see the rate at which Breaking Barriers is growing in the Third Sector, and what a significant impact they are having on the refugee community.

Caroline Broadhurst – Deputy Chief Executive, The Rank Foundation.

Breaking Barriers has developed a strong and scalable model of employment support for refugees. We have always been impressed by the professionalism and dedication of the Breaking Barriers team and their focus on building strong evidence of impact as well as giving refugees a clear voice.

We are delighted to be continuing our partnership with Breaking Barriers as they continue to grow.

At the John Lewis Partnership Foundation, we’re excited to be supporting Breaking Barriers to empower young refugees. By providing young people with practical employability skills, they will be able to access meaningful employment that brings to life our mission of creating a happier world.
