We offer one-to-one, personalised, employment support. We believe it’s not just about getting a job, it’s about finding meaning and purpose in the work that you do. That's why we are here wherever you are in your employment journey.
We support refugees over the age of 18 years old to find meaningful employment in Birmingham, Glasgow, Greater Manchester, Liverpool and London. Our support includes tailored one-to-one employment advice and guidance, education and training.
Who we support
- Those with one of the following statuses from the UK or another EU country: refugee status, discretionary leave to remain, or humanitarian protection.
- Those that once met the above criteria and now have residency in the UK or another EU country.
- Those who are in the UK on a family reunion visa with a person who meets the above criteria
- Asylum seekers with the right to work
- Survivors of human trafficking who have been granted the right to work

London: Due to unprecedented demand, we have a waiting list. The current time to the first appointment is around 6-8 weeks.
Glasgow: We are accepting referrals for Employment support, and appointments will start from end of November or early December. Once you’ve submitted this form, you or your client will be placed on a waiting list. We will contact you to schedule the first appointment as soon as possible after this date.
Liverpool: We are accepting referrals for Employment support, and appointments will start from the end of October or early November. Once you’ve submitted this form, you or your client will be placed on a waiting list. We will contact you to schedule the first appointment as soon as possible after this date.
Birmingham and Greater Manchester: We are very happy to say that we will be accepting referrals from mid October. One of our team will contact you, but please expect a short delay while we process referrals.
