Understanding the UK Job Market

Clients who would benefit from experience in the UK job market are offered a work placement with one of our corporate partners, as well as access to other training and mentoring schemes if a client would benefit from it.

How our support has helped our clients...

Breaking Barriers earned my trust; the team are incredibly patient and informative which helped build my confidence and knowledge of the UK job market. I was provided with various support from Breaking Barriers and now I am currently working at Mayer Brown in my dream job role and looking towards the future.

Mayer Brown

Breaking Barriers gave me hope, helped me get a job, and as a result I brought my wife to the UK. I work as a manager at the Good Hope Cafe and I am also trained as a barista however my wife and I dream of starting a business together. The way Breaking Barriers helps people is great, they have good personalities, treat people well and I trust them.

Good Hope Cafe

Breaking Barriers made my life so much easier, I am so impressed by the support I received. Lots of hard work went into getting a job, but Breaking Barriers literally broke the barriers that were preventing me from getting a job. They are bridging the gap to the UK job market, and they have been fantastic.
